One day I’ll be back in Barcelona. With a film-camera that doesn’t spring back so that none of the photos develop. Luckily I brought a digital along last time.

I first saw Hopper whilst looking for an artist to study for art GCSE, I found a whole book about him at the end of a bookshelf, at the edge of the room, in a corner of my house. It was suffering from damp and its edges subtley bitten by our dog. I now keep it safely in my room so that I can look through it from time to time.
